HOW TO CALCULATE RINGFRAME BREAKS STUDY

RINGFAME BREAKS STUDY CALCULATION  :-

            In this blog we discuss about  how to calculate the Ringframe breaks study formula. Ringframe breaks was calculated as Breaks per 100 Spindle in one hour.

Formula :-

No. of breaks in study(one doff) ÷ Total time of study ÷ Total No. of spindle×60(min)×100 spl

For Example :-

Breaks = 160

Study taken time = 117 mins

Spindle in ringframe = 1632

= 160÷117÷1632×60×100

= 5.03 Breaks/100spindle/Hour
