RINGFRAME BREAKS REASON 

1. Bobbin holder struck up.

2. Vibration or jerky motion of ring rail.


3. Vibration or eccentric spindle driving pulleys.


4. Slack spindle tape or lower spindle tape tension.


5. Worn gear wheel and deep meshing of gears.


6. Choking and improper alignment of suction tube.


7. Spindle out of center with ring and lappet.


8. Cracked and worn bobbins.


9. Improper fit of bobbins.


10. Incorrect bobbin diameter.


11. Roving condenser choking with waste.


12. Worn out rings or life ended rings.


13. Too close traveller clearer setting.


14. Total draft is too high.


15. Damage spacer.


16. Improper working of traverse motion.


17. Break draft not optimum.


18. Apron running with lower tension.


19. Worn out aprons.


20. Cots running with surface damage.


21. Incorrect shore hardness of top rollers.


22. Insufficient pressure on top rollers.
