HOW TO CALCULATE DRAFT

RINGFRAME DRAFT:-

    HI FRIENDS TODAY WE SEE IN THIS BLOG HOW TO GIVE DRAFT IN RINGFRAME IN SIMPLE METHOD.

DRAFT:-

Delivery/Feed = Draft

    Here we give formula for calculation draft. But actual draft(Running draft) is higher than calculated draft because of the slippage.

Example:-

    If we run new count as 36s count from simplex hank 0.88 example given below.

    First we need to find slippage of running m/c 

DELIVERY COUNT = 40

FEED HANK = 0.88

Calculated draft is 45.45 in case running draft is 48.21 we want found how much percentage is slippage.

FORMULA:-

Slippage = Actual draft/Calculated draft*100-100

= 48.21/45.45*100-100= 6.073%

New count draft = Count/Feed hank/100*(100+slippage)

= 36/0.88/100*(106.073) = 43.393
