 WRAPING AND WEAVING BREAKS :-

        The breaks limit is increased in wrapping and weaving. Its affected the productivity first. And then high operation (Work load) for labor. Labor floating also happened due to high work load. And its also affected the fabric appearance too.

    The below given factors are increasing the wrapping and weaving breaks due to spinning process.

  • High Hairiness,
  • Low Strength,
  • Low Elongation,
  • High RKM,
  • High Elongation CV%,
  • Soft ends,
  • Winding faults,
  • High Winding cuts,
  • Splice Strength low,
  • Bad Package,
  • Fault cone like CUT END, LOOSE END etc... in winding,
  • Deep Groove drums. etc...
