AUTOLEVELLER :-

    Autoleveller is a system measure sliver thickness controls the variation of sliver. And its help to maintain the UNIFORMITY. There are two types of autoleveller is given below.

TYPES OF AUTOLEVELLER :-

  • Open loop Autoleveller,
  • Closed loop Autoleveller.

OPEN LOOP AUTOLEVELLER :-

        Open loop Autoleveller is a system controls long term variation. its measure sliver in feed area after give communication in draft control unit and then correct delivery.

    Example:-

        Finisher drawing.

    CLOSED LOOP AUTOLEVELLER :-

          Closed loop Autoleveller is a system controls short term variation. its measure sliver in delivery area after give communication in draft control unit and then correct feed.

      Example:-

          Carding.
