HOW TO CONTROL UKG IN RINGFRAME

CONTROL UKG IN RINGFRAME :-

1)Working with Lower Ring frame TM

2) Working with Lesser Ring dia

3) Lift conversation

4) Correct usage of combination of RF empty Tube vs Spindle height (20 mm )

5) Maintain correct speed curve, high speed reach before 25% of final length of the yarn to be produced

6) Usage of Higher efficiency of Main motor(94.5%)

7) Avoid Light doffs and check doff has to fall at set doff length meter

8) Usage of Energy efficient Fan motor( Less weight Fans )

9) Instead of continuous running of OHTC from one to another end of the Ringframe, every reversal attend of the machine, We can stop OHTC for 1-5 minutes

10) Usage of light weight cops in ringframe

11) Maintain proper schedule of Spindles replacing

12) Maintain proper Jockey pulley servicing and greasing

13) Working with short strech conversation

14) Working with energy saving spindle tapes

15) Maintain perfect schedules of motor greasing and other elements bearings

The following precautions to be taken while conducting power study at Ringframe :-

1) No idles spindle running in the machine

2) Avoid Light doffs in the machine

3) Ensure speed pattern running with Regular one or not

4) Collect correct weight of pneumafil waste

5) Avoid any changes in the Ringframe

RKM

RKM INFORMATION This can be expressed by the “Length of yarn in km” at which yarn will break of its own weight”. This is equivalent to breaking load in g/tex. RKM is the short expression for “Reisskilometer” – “Breaking-kilometre”, which is an unit out of date. E.g.: a Cotton-yarn with 15 RKM means, it would break of its own weight, if you wind off 15 km of the yarn and hang it up in 15 km. Nowadays it is common practice, to use the unit Centi-Newton per Tex (cN/Tex) or gram-force per Tex (gf/Tex). RKM and cN/Tex or gf/Tex are practically the same (a slight difference would be there)   SINGLE YARN STRENGTH (Breaking force) :  This is the force required to break a strand of single yarn. It is expressing Centi-Newton (cN).     STRENGTH (Tenacity) : The Tensile Strength expressed as force per unit linear density is called Tenacity. This is normally expressed as gram force per tex (gf/tex).   CSP (Count Strength Product) : CSP, the bundle strength...

LOW RKM REASONS

LOW RKM REASONS TO START WITH SLIGHTLY RICHER MIXING AND BACK TO USUAL MIXING% GRADUALLY. AVOID BYPASSING OF THE BEATERS. CHANGING OF THE CARD LINES TO BE AVOIDED . TO START WITH HIGHER NOIL% AND REDUCE GRADUALLY TO USUAL    IF REQUIRED. SOFT WASTE ADDING TO BE AVOIDED FOR FIRST 3 OR 4 MIXINGS. IN SIMPLEX M/C CHECK THE FOLLOWING     a) FALSE TWISTER CONDITION     b) FLOATING CONDENSER CONDITION .     C) DAMAGE COT/APRON .     d) DEFECTIVE SADDLES .     f) TOP ARM LOAD .     g) PRESSER EYE CONDITION .     h) FLUFF ACCUMULATION ON FLYER HOLE .     i) BOBBIN CLEARANCE VARIATION .     j) CONE DRUM NOISE     k) FEED CAN CONDITION         l) SLIVER SPITING . IN SPINNING M/C CHECK THE FOLLOWING:     a) CRISIS-CROSS ROVING .     b) BOBBIN HOLDER ROTATION .     C)DAMAGE COT/APRON.     d)DEFECTIVE SADDLES.     f)TOP ...

HOW TO REDUCE CLASSIMATE FAULTS

REDUCING CLASSIMATE FAULTS 1) Count wise online Classmate classes wise results to be record on daily basis 2) Before allotting this work we want to educate quality investigator about Classmate faults and also class wise reasons we want to explain. While noting time investigator has highlight which class is having continuous higher side and same one communicate to that concern dept with reasons 3) We want to fix which classes we want to reduce 4) On daily basis monitoring we can get idea in which zone we r having problem and which zone we want to improve the work methods and process  5) Based on trend analysis we want to inspect process auditing and find out practical problems and also Training awareness we want to give to operators for reducing some classes  6) We can take process trials based on Online Classmate results  7) Regularly we want to compare daily Online results Vs Trial sample results for knowing Where we are Note: Choosing of quality investigator is import...
