1)Working with Lower Ring frame TM

2) Working with Lesser Ring dia

3) Lift conversation

4) Correct usage of combination of RF empty Tube vs Spindle height (20 mm )

5) Maintain correct speed curve, high speed reach before 25% of final length of the yarn to be produced

6) Usage of Higher efficiency of Main motor(94.5%)

7) Avoid Light doffs and check doff has to fall at set doff length meter

8) Usage of Energy efficient Fan motor( Less weight Fans )

9) Instead of continuous running of OHTC from one to another end of the Ringframe, every reversal attend of the machine, We can stop OHTC for 1-5 minutes

10) Usage of light weight cops in ringframe

11) Maintain proper schedule of Spindles replacing

12) Maintain proper Jockey pulley servicing and greasing

13) Working with short strech conversation

14) Working with energy saving spindle tapes

15) Maintain perfect schedules of motor greasing and other elements bearings

The following precautions to be taken while conducting power study at Ringframe :-

1) No idles spindle running in the machine

2) Avoid Light doffs in the machine

3) Ensure speed pattern running with Regular one or not

4) Collect correct weight of pneumafil waste

5) Avoid any changes in the Ringframe
