TYPES OF WASTE GENERATE IN SPINNING MILL

WASTE GENERATE IN SPINNING MILL :-     There are two types of waste generated in spinning mill. 1 USE-ABLE WASTE 2 SALABLE WASTE USE-ABLE  WASTE :-      This type of waste is reusable. it will be used everyday in mixing. 1  SLIVER WASTE, 2 PNEUMAFILL WASTE, 3 ROVING WASTE (Need roving opener machine).      SALABLE  WASTE  :-      This type of waste is not reusable. it will be sale to other parities like OE Mill etc.... 1 SEED WASTE, 2 MICRO DUST, 3 BLOWROOM WASTE, 4 CARDING WASTE, 5 COMBER NOIL, 6 FAN WASTE, 7 SWEEPING WASTE, 8 HARD WASTE.

WHAT ARE THE PARAMETERS CHECKING IN COTTON

COTTON  :-      There are types of cotton. 1 Organic, 2 Normal Cotton. Organic :-      The cotton crop is one time after Cultivated. Don't use Chemical Fertilizer. Normal :-     The cotton crop is three time after Cultivated. Use Chemical Fertilizer.   RAW COTTON CHECKING PARAMETERS :-             The below parameters are checked in Raw cotton. WHAT IS COUNT,COUNT CV,STRENGTH,STRENGTH CV,CSP

    The above given parameters are COUNT checking report details. Explanation is given below    COUNT :-               No. of 840 yards in one pound is called as count. Count checking method is preparing lea (120Yards). No. sample as per mill required. Around 10 to 30 samples are taken. Weight the sample and convert as count Formula  :-       64.8 ÷ LEA WEIGHT(120 yards) = COUNT Note:-      No. of yard is change above given constant will change(64.8). 1 yard = 0.54, 120yard = 0.54  × 120 = 64.8 COUNT CV :-               Co-efficient variation of no. of sample in count checking reading. WHAT IS TWIST CONTRACTION PERCENTAGE

  TWIST CONTRACTION % :-     Where ever we give twist the length is affected as original length. The affected length percentage is called as twist contraction percentage. Like if you have 1 meter yarn. Apply twist on that the length is changed as 0.90 or less meter the affected length percentage is called as twist contraction percentage. Formula :- TWIST CONTRACTION % = TC% LENGTH BEFORE TWIST = LB TWIST LENGTH AFTER TWIST = LA TWIST TC% = LB TWIST - LA TWIST  ÷   LB TWIST  ×  100

HOW TO CALCULATE RINGFRAME BREAKS STUDY

RINGFAME BREAKS STUDY CALCULATION   :-                In this blog we discuss about  how to calculate the Ringframe breaks study formula. Ringframe breaks was calculated as Breaks per 100 Spindle in one hour. Formula  :- No. of breaks in study(one doff)  ÷  Total time of study  ÷  Total No. of spindle × 60(min) × 100 spl For Example  :- Breaks = 160 Study taken time = 117 mins Spindle in ringframe = 1632 = 160 ÷117 ÷1632 × 60 × 100 = 5.03 Breaks/100spindle/Hour
