AUTOLEVELLER

AUTOLEVELLER :-     Autoleveller is a system measure sliver thickness controls the variation of sliver. And its help to maintain the UNIFORMITY. There are two types of autoleveller is given below. TYPES OF AUTOLEVELLER :- Open loop Autoleveller, Closed loop Autoleveller. OPEN LOOP AUTOLEVELLER :-     Open loop  Autoleveller is a system controls long term variation. its measure sliver in feed area after give communication in draft control unit and then correct delivery. Example:-     Finisher drawing. CLOSED LOOP AUTOLEVELLER :-     Closed loop  Autoleveller is a system controls short term variation. its measure sliver in delivery area after give communication in draft control unit and then correct feed. Example:-     Carding.

CUTE FEED DUCT :-      Nowadays all cotton mill having chute feed technology but some old mill using Lap feed (MANUAL FEED). The opened cotton material is dropped from blowroom to chute feed duct with the help of Blowing fan in blowroom. The duct feed the cotton tuft evenly to the card feed roller via feed plate.  PRODUCTION FORMULAS :-     In spinning mill we use production formula in short method. I recommend to use  formula in elaborate. First we need some basic details is given below GENERAL:- 1  METER = 1.094 YARD 1 LEA = 120 YARD 7 LEA = 840 YARD 1 KG = 2.20456 POUNDS 1 CM = 10 MM 1 INCH = 2.54 CM 1 INCH = 25.4 MM     In basically we use two formula mostly. one is where we have METER PER MIN and another one is where we have REVOLUTION PER MIN MPM FORMULA:- PRODUCTION FORMULA 8HRS = MPM*1.094*8*60/840/2.20456/HANK*EFF/100*NO. OF DELIVERY EXAMPLE:- Delivery speed in MPM = 150 Hank = 0.120 Eff = 96%     In the above formula 8 means 8Hrs(Per shift), 60 means 60 Minutes = 150×1.09×8Hrs×60Min÷840÷2.20456÷0.120×96÷100*1 =339 Kgs/Pershift RPM FORMULA:- PRODUCTION FORMULA 8HRS =  RPM*8*60/36/840/2.20456/COUNT/TPI*EFF/100*No. of delivery EXAMPLE:- Spindle speed in RPM = 1350 Hank = 1.14 Tpi = 1.59 Eff = 80%     In the ab...
